Clarke & Co Hockey Academy
The Clarke & Co Academy allows junior ice hockey players, across all age groups, access to elite level coaching on a weekly basis. The academy is overseen by a passionate coaching team, that will focus on four essential areas of the game; skating, skills, positional play and compete levels across our programme delivery.
Our Academy’s mission was to accelerate development of young players in the UK, with was the next step for Clarke & Co Hockey’s quest to enhance the game at the grass roots level, by creating an environment where young hockey players can tap into our excellent coaching team’s knowledge and experience on a regular basis in order to reach their potential.
As we head into our fourth season, we are extremely proud to continue to provide our Academy environment on a weekly basis for all our participants. A commitment that we feel aspiring hockey players in the UK rightfully deserve.

About
David Clarke
Peterborough-born David Clarke will go down as one of the top British players to ever play the sport and in the last two decades won a host of trophies and medals to go with a glittering career for club and country.
The Nottingham Panthers and Great Britain international forward retired in April 2018 as not only the Elite League’s all-time leading goalscorer, but the league’s all-time leading points-scorer – two records that may take a long time to be broken again.
His record speaks for itself – games 764 (ranked seventh), goals 370 (ranked first), assists 361 (ranked fourth) and points 731 (ranked first).

General Questions
Our Academy is located at the National Ice centre in Nottingham and runs every Thursday for a nine-month period from September – May.
Our skill session gets underway at 18:30 every week, with our Power and Academy session commencing at 19:45 after the ice has been cut
Yes indeed, you can gain upto 2.5 hours of hockey development on a weekly basis, please enquire prior to booking to make sure we have availability.
We sure do, ice time fees are significantly reduced for boys and girls who stop the puck! To find out more, simply select the tab or booking form for your preferred session.
